Poor Unlimited Residential Proxy, but Excellent Customer Support
All IPs provided by the unlimited residential proxy package(budget version) from Novaproxy.io are showing poor results when I check them on Pixelscan. Even after rotating the IPs over 200 times, every single proxy is still detected. It's honestly a complete waste of money. edit : The proxy package I purchased here did not meet my needs. At first, I was frustrated because it delayed my work and made me feel that my money had been wasted. However, NovaProxy.io has a very good customer support team. They processed a refund for my purchase and handled the situation professionally. They also informed me that they would evaluate and improve the proxy package I purchased so that the service can be better in the future. Although the product was not suitable for my specific use case, I appreciate their responsiveness, willingness to help, and commitment to improving their service.
